Do I need a wheel or kiln to start?
No. Many beginner modules use hand-building techniques and air-dry pathways. We clearly label lessons that require a wheel or kiln so you can plan your studio access.
Is prior art training required?
Not at all. Our Foundation track assumes no prior experience and gradually introduces clay bodies, basic tools, and safe handling.
How does mentoring work?
Upload photos or notes from your practice, describe your challenge, and a mentor responds with advice within 3 business days. Feedback focuses on one improvement at a time.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed fewer than 20% of the lessons. See our Terms.
Are materials included?
Courses list recommended clay bodies, glazes, and tools. We do not ship materials, but we include substitutes and safety notes for each module.
How long do I keep access?
You keep lifetime access to purchased courses, including future updates to lesson videos, notes, and templates.
Do you offer certificates?
Yes. When you complete all required checkpoints and pass the final project review, you’ll receive a digital certificate.
Can I learn on a tight schedule?
Each lesson includes a time estimate and a quick-practice option. You can progress in 20–30 minute sessions.
