2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately.
3. Purchases and refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed fewer than 20% of the course. We may refuse refunds in cases of abuse or policy violations.
4. License and access
Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course materials. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the content without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the platform, attempt to bypass security, or misuse our systems.
- Do not upload harmful content or violate intellectual property rights.
- Use feedback channels respectfully; harassment is not tolerated.
